FEES

T&C Trapping, Inc. is located in the Joliet area and pricing quoted below is for work rendered in our service calling area.  We service communities such as Naperville or Oak Brook to our north, Wilmington or Morris to our south, Shorewood and Frankfort to our east and west with all cities in-between.

1)      GROUND ANIMALS:  There is a $105.00 fee for the inspection of all properties.  This includes attics, garages, basements, docks, storage areas or any other areas accessible to an inspection. If it is determined that traps are to be set the $105.00 fee will be dropped and a $105.00 fee will charged for the laying, baiting, setting, and periodic checks of all traps.  There is no additional charge for any additional visits for further inspections, re-baiting, adding or moving traps, or for any other reasons.  The $105.00 fee covers any amount of time and all additional visits that are necessary for the completion of the job.  There is also an additional charge of $95.00 per each animal captured.  We only charge for animal captures, not for additional visits.

2)      AQUATIC ANIMALS:  There is a $175.00 set up fee for muskrats with an additional $95.00 fee per animal captured.  A $275.00 set up fee for beavers with an additional charge of $175.00 per beaver trapped.

3)      FREE RE-CALL:  We also offer a free re-call guarantee.  If for any reason the customer needs us to return and reset traps for the same animal problem, there will NOT be another $105.00 inspection and trap setting fee as long as the call is within 1 week after the completion of the job.

4)      MOLES:  There are special rates for the extermination of ground squirrels, moles, or voles depending upon the severity of the problem and the size of the area.   A typical fee for an average sized yard would be $350.00 for a 1 month removal program.

5)      BIRDS:  Special rates apply to the capture of pigeons, sparrows, or starlings or the exclusion of geese or other birds.  Bird exclusion devices or repairs are unique to each job.  Please call for a free estimate.

6)      ODOR CONTROL:  For an additional charge we offer odor control sprays for customers who need to have aid in the removal of any animal smells.  Each occurrence is different and needs to be quoted per job.  Crawling in an attic or under a mobile home is different from spraying in an open basement.  The typical charge for a basement is $250.00.  A typical charge for an attic is $350.00.

7)      SNAKES:  There is a $300.00 fee for the trapping of snakes for 1 week depending upon the size and location of the area.

8)      HOME REPAIRS:  Please call for a free estimate. Our courteous and trained carpenters and electricians will be happy to provide any estimates needed to restore or repair your home.  We accept Visa/MasterCard.
